Will you ask your MP to join the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Parkinson's? The APPG is a group of MPs and peers from all political parties. It discusses important issues affecting people with Parkinson's and agrees ways to raise these issues to try and improve health and care services and financial support.
In the past they've been briefed by Parkinson's charities (Parkinson's UK, Cure Parkinson's and Spotlight YOPD), taken action and conducted inquiries into; access to NHS services, financial support, transport, getting medication on time in hospital, Parkinson's-related dementia, research funding, new treatments, mental health and so much more.
